As the weather blusters and the daylight hours slide further into darkness at both ends, we tick boxes off of the calendar and smile in spite of it all because Tacoma Word! is just around the corner. Two weeks from now, I'm sure we'll be pulling our (respective) hair out and wondering why we came up with such a crazy idea (considering the extremely short time-frame...and no resources), but it will be worth it. I know it will. The feeling of excitement in the pit of my stomach confirms it.
